SOLVE LA - MLK DAY 2017

For my latest assignment I followed the SolveLA team from Augustus Hawkins High School on their creative journey in defining and becoming AfroFuturists. In preparation for the MLK Day Parade each one of the students had to curate and create their own garments from scratch; cutting, tying, and glueing everything together. They'd make their debut during the parade, introducing their new personas to the world.
